By accessing or using Prespector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prespector is a lead generation and sales intelligence platform that helps agencies and businesses identify potential clients through data analysis and scoring algorithms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using information obtained through the Service
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations
  • Use the data for spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive practices

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Prespector and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or leads provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESPECTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prespector and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
